All deliveries will be dispatched within three to five working days once payment is been received and cleared, however where possible we aim to dispatch products in stock on the day of purchase. Your order should be delivered: Within 2-5 days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked delivery in the UK. Within 7-14 days from dispatch via Courier delivery for the rest of the world (some regions are exempt depending on courier regulations, contact us for further details). Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your products reach you in the condition that they leave our facility, we also acknowledge that damage can occur during the delivery process. Should you receive damaged products, please inform us at the earliest convenience (within 24hrs of delivery) and follow our standards exchange policy. Where possible we will aim to provide (dependent on courier) a reference number for tracking your order, which will be in presented in an email upon dispatch.

At Premae, we take pride in the quality of our goods. If you receive your goods in less than satisfactory condition, please take a photo and send to us with a descriptive email within 24hrs of receipt to: shop@premaeuk.net We will then request that you send the products back and we will happily exchange your items for the same items purchased. We believe you will enjoy using Premae Skincare products. If you are an Allergy suffer, try the products for 3 days using the back of your arm for a patch test.. If your allergies persist or you change your mind, we offer a full money back guarantee upto 3 days after receipt of goods. Simply email shop@premaeuk.net to arrange refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 Premae Skincare endeavours to apply with the utmost scrutiny when handling your personal details. As we are primarily an online retailer, we offer the security of your details being handled by Paypal and Google checkout which means we do not have any record of your credit or debit card details. We will use your email address exclusively to send you e-letters and notify you of any company matters or promotions. We will never sell your email address or postal address details to anyone or any company. Q: What does Premae mean? A: Premae is registered trademarked word  invented by Clare Eluka, with two words put together Premium and Formulae. This is the brands Unique Selling Point, the premium high-end formulations designed by Clare at her in-house manufacturing plant. Q: What is the Premae Vert Visage 4.5 System? A: Your Vert Visage, 4.5-step system is: 1) Polish (Cleanse), 2) Preserve (Tone) & 3) Prime (Serum) 4 (Protect) (Balm) and Pamper with a spa product. Our founder, Clare, has a dream that woman all over the world will take a leaf out of the French womans book, and layer the skin with green herbal akaline ingredients, like an exotic beautiful garden. Q. I never tone my skin, but I saw the Award Winning Balance Rescue Face Tonique in Glossybox. What is the point of a toner? A: Toning the skin is the missing link between cleansing and moisturising, which is sometimes described as ‘Beauty’s secret weapon’. Once you cleanse, the pores are opened. To preserve the skin and have a less dimpled skin surface, the open pores need tightening and closing, which is what the tonique does. Now that the pores are closed, the balm will protect the top layer of skin and not become clogged in the pores (leading to spots). Q: My Tonique has mould spores. Is this normal? A: Our products are 100% natural. Therefore they may perish quicker than 6months once opened. If this happens, feel free to send it back to us and we will issue you with a % code to use towards your next purchase. Q: I’ve never used a balm before. How do I apply it? A: Our creme balms are Aloe Vera based and are 100% natural. Apply onto you fingers and massage into the face and neck as desired. Q: I noticed you’ve launched NEW Smoothie Serums. Which step is this in my regime. And can I use it instead of the balm? A: The Serum is the 3rd step of the regime, layering the skin with an 8hr primer protection, with lightweight moisture. Your balm is step 4, the final 15hr protective seal and super hydration. Effectively, use Serum after Tonique, before you apply your balm. Q: I’m used to using face wash, but am curious about the Radiance Boost Cleansing Oil. Can I use both? A: Absolutely. Some people prefer to wash their face in the morning and start the day with water splashed on their face. The Cleansing Oil is an easy-to-use 2n1 Cleanse Off which doesn’t require washing off, just a tonique to close the pores. Q: What’s the shelf life on the products? A: 18 months – products that last any longer are usually riddled with chemicals which goes against our brands premium formulations and ethics. Our Toniques are distilled Rose Water and some batches may perish quicker than 18months. Q:  I tell all my friends and family about Premae, how can I get involved in the business? A: There are currently 2 ways; 1) Become an Online Affiliate seller through linked sales 2) Sales Ambassador / Franchise Owner Q: I heard that you reward customers for recycling.
